The topics and the subject matter within them apply to how TrustedRide-Certified Chaperones deal with non-emergency transportation. Many different factors can influence TrustedRide-Certified services, this training will prepare you for a variety of situations.

Some individuals will benefit from physical assistance getting to and from appointments, others may receive reminder phone calls and/or well-being checks, but all of you efforts will ensure access to health care and reassurance.
